Il belga della Bahrain-Victorious, 30 anni, ha ottenuto così il 13° successo da professionista davanti a un grande Alejandro Valverde: lo spagnolo della Movistar lunedì compirà 42 anni ma è ancora molto competitivo e gli è mancata qualche pedalata appena per il sesto successo nella classica belga. Sul podio è andato anche il russo Alexander Vlasov, della Bora-Hansgrohe. Poi l’iridato Alaphilippe e Dani Martinez.
